What is Gua Sha?
Gua Sha is a technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses smooth stones of varying shapes to move qi. It is used for myriad treatments and conditions to wonderful healing effect. In my practice, I offer it as a facial massage that is incredibly relaxing to the entire body.
